This course is for the student who is just getting ready to launch his/her own company and is looking for sound approaches to grow the business or professional practice. In this course, the student will develop an understanding of marketing for a home inspection business, and the importance of developing a company identity with a market focus. The student will understand what good customer service skills are, and how to handle complaints. The student will also learn the principles of a marketing plan, and new market directions.
